
A love of providing ‘food with flair’ led to a unique business in the Central West
To further her love of cooking fresh local produce and in presenting food with flair, Monica, from RoosterHill and her neighbour Katie Bird have formed a unique partnership, ‘Two Birds and a Shed’. Katie and Monica share a common passion for presenting and sharing fresh food in interesting and straightforward ways.
Two Birds and a Shed provide a unique and personalised service to people requiring professional catering in their homes or at business functions. The focus is on showcasing local seasonal produce and in presenting this with flair and distinction. All functions will be considered with a full consultation on a suitable and attractive menu to suite every budget. There is nothing like a menu developed so that it presents a local character, is complementary from beginning to end and suites the wine being offered. A full catering service can also be arranged so you just need to focus on your guests or family and enjoy the event.

Barbecued gremolata crumbed roast leg of lamb accompanied with salad of roasted hazelnuts, fresh asparagus and new potatoes with hazelnut vinaigrette.
Smoked trout tart served with preserved lemon salad.
Accompanied with Casey’s Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc and Ripple Water
Dessert
Roast nectarine tart served with homemade vanilla ice cream.
Raspberry ice cream waffle cones topped with luscious chocolate.
Coffee and tea
Local Fish River Roaster Coffee and tea served with homemade chocolate mint bites.
