For those
who are driving…
 From Sydney, follow the Great Western Highway to Hartley and just after the speed camera turn left onto Jenolan Caves Road. Follow this road past the village of Hampton and turn right at Millionth Acre onto Duckmaloi Road. In the township of Oberon turn right at the Caltex service station into North Street, which in turn becomes Lowes Mount Road. RoosterHill (and Two Birds and a Shed) is about 9 km from the Caltex service station on the right hand side of Lowes Mount Road just after ‘steep decent, trucks and busses must use low gear’ sign.
From Canberra via Goulburn, using The Tablelands Way experience travel to Taralga then onto Oberon (passing Wombeyan Caves turn off) and turn left at the Caltex service station into North Street, which in turn becomes Lowes Mount Road. For those
who prefer to fly…
From Bathurst, hire a car (arrangements can be made with REX Airlines to have a vehicle available to meet your plane). Exit from Bathurst Airport and turn right towards Bathurst and then left to Oberon, Jenolan Caves and Kanangra Walls. Proceed to the historic village of O’Connell and turn left into Mutton Falls Road just past the O’Connell Hotel. Proceed for 20km and turn right into Lowes Mount Road. RoosterHill is approximately 12km further on at the top of a steep hill on your left.
